Veterinary Services

We offer yearly preventative care including physical exams, vaccinations, and testing for heartworms and all other internal and external parasites. All recommended flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives are available in-house.

We also offer microchipping and use the most widely used Microchip to get your pet “Home Again.”

In addition to routine spays and neuters, our veterinarians have many years of experience with involved orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries including bone pinning, cystotomies, enterotomies, gastrotomies, gastropexies, resection/anastomosis, and caesarean sections. Dentistry and ultrasonic cleaning are routinely performed. Board certified consultations and referrals are utilized when needed.

Diagnostics play a major role in modern veterinary services. We offer in-house digital radiographs, ultrasound, blood chemistry analysis and hematology. We utilize outside commercial laboratories including Antech and Idexx when necessary.

Appointments are required for, but not limited to, wellness and sick visits, dentals, surgeries, OFA’s, etc. No appointment is necessary in the event of an emergency such as a life-threatening injury.

Emergencies

Emergency clinics are a valuable resource since, like most hospitals, we do not offer 7 day, 24 hour service. However, we do our best to personally provide emergency services to all of our clients at anytime including weekends and holidays.

Pharmacy

We have a full-service pharmacy as part of our ongoing desire to serve our clients and their pets. Our pharmacy is fully stocked with all veterinary prescription drugs, the latest flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives including the Proheart 6 month injection heartworm preventative. All Hill’s Science and prescription diet foods are also available.

Boarding & Grooming

We offer a controlled-environment boarding kennel with constantly supervised exercise areas. Grooming is also available by appointment.
